0qqgg Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 General Terms and Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 0qqgg ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the services available at 0qqgg.net, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, and all associated promotional activities.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any form of wager on the 0qqgg platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue your use of 0qqgg and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

2 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 0qqgg, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 0qqgg platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any withdrawals pending at the time of detection may be withheld pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

0qqgg operates a robust KYC verification process to protect against fraud, money laundering, and underage access. You may be required to provide verification documents at any stage of your relationship with 0qqgg, including but not limited to:

• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, as requested by the compliance team.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe (typically 72 hours from request) may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until the matter is resolved. 0qqgg will not process withdrawal requests from unverified accounts above the stated minimum threshold.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 0qqgg will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You should notify 0qqgg support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 0qqgg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through our approved payment partners. 0qqgg does not accept deposits in any other currency. Conversion of foreign currencies is not offered by the platform. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own financial institutions if applicable.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may require up to one business day. All withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification check. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

0qqgg reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are flagged by our risk management systems. Chargebacks and Fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a genuine deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. 4 Bonus and Promotional Terms

All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered to a cumulative total of ৳30,000 before withdrawal is permitted. Wagers placed on certain game categories (e.g., live casino table games) may contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting the wagering requirement — the applicable contribution percentages are published in each offer's specific terms.

Bonus Eligibility

5 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 0qqgg, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner. You bear full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or knowingly benefiting from more than one account on the 0qqgg platform.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or access the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Fraudulent information: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your account lifecycle.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated system to place bets, access the platform, or derive an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Collusion and match manipulation: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or event offered on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the 0qqgg platform to process, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 0qqgg has a legal obligation to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.

6 Betting Rules and Game Integrity

All bets placed on the 0qqgg platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or event type, as published in the relevant rules section of the platform. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. 0qqgg will not accept responsibility for bets placed without a full understanding of the relevant rules.

Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

All bets are accepted at 0qqgg's absolute discretion. 0qqgg reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, particularly where:

• The bet was placed after an event has concluded or after the relevant market has closed.
• The odds displayed were the result of a system error and do not reflect the true market price at the time of placement.

Live and In-Play Betting

In-play odds are updated in real time and 0qqgg cannot guarantee market availability throughout the duration of any event. 7 Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Account Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (subject to applicable verification checks) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five business days, provided no pending disputes or investigations are outstanding. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or self-exclude may activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion directly from the account settings panel. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Account Closure by 0qqgg

Where 0qqgg closes an account due to breach of these Terms, any balance held within the account may be withheld pending investigation. 0qqgg will provide a written explanation of the closure via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Where a closure is found to be in error following internal review, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balance returned in full.

8 Liability and Disclaimer

The 0qqgg platform and all services offered therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 0qqgg makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability, accuracy of odds, and reliability of payment processing, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0qqgg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from:

Amendments to These Terms

0qqgg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, financial terms, or eligibility — 0qqgg will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of 0qqgg following the expiry of the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
